Currently associated with Mangalore Independent PU College, and previously with Orchids International School, Shivaranjini brings extensive experience in academic support, student and teacher coordination, HR and people operations.

At Valor & Grace, she focuses on helping children strengthen communication, social confidence, positive behaviour and independence through structured, in-person experiences.

Niriksha brings extensive experience in managing large-scale academic operations, school partnerships and global tutoring teams, along with deep expertise in curriculum design, Individual Learning Plans and experiential learning programs. She has also worked closely with children with diverse learning needs, giving her a strong understanding of how differently children learn, engage and express themselves.

At Valor & Grace, Niriksha focuses on creating inclusive, adaptable and engaging learning experiences that help every child participate with confidence, discover their strengths and progress in ways that work best for them.

Vasanthi brings extensive experience working with young children across pre-primary and primary education, cultural activities and interactive learning. Currently associated with EuroKids, she specialises in age-appropriate learning, creativity and hands-on engagement.

At Valor & Grace, she focuses on early education methodologies to promote independence, positive social habits, and interactivity in a warm, activity-based environment.
